THE ECONOMY AND LOTS MORE

PREFACE
If you are going to read all of this you will probably need coffee maybe tea brandy possibly wine or beer, an ice pack a sense of humour an open mind and if you smoke loads of cigarettes, and don't forget each time you return F5 / refresh you may miss something, good luck.

THE SHORT STRAW.
Over the past thirty years or so as far as manufacturing economic activity is concerned, have we drawn the short straw where we given the short straw or have our politicians always chosen the short straw for us?
I may be reiterating the obvious but we / Great Britain used to be a mixed economy power house that exported British manufactured good all over the world but we have ended up being a predominantly self service economy that imports most of our manufactured goods from all over the world, a sort of roll reversal if you will, I may not have explained myself properly but I have to wonder what the next step is? If elected will Gordon Brown, David Cameron or even Nick Clegg for that matter turn us into a jobless for carbon credits economy and will we all be expected to live off Internationally funded state distributed carbon credits?, just a thought.

DON'T WORRY
Because more personal tax rises will come into effect on 1st April 2010 I believe Gordon Brown will announce the General Election date very soon there after, just so you won't feel the full effect of his pay packet pain until after you vote, and please don't fall for the "we have come out of recession" speech, the rise into positive growth territory is purely due to the seasonal pre Christmas spending, and don't worry too much about our present day politicians they will without doubt make sure they are ok for money.

BROWN'S WORLD.
Now the political dust has settled and the economic field of view has narrowed to a point where a better understanding of our dire financial circumstances ( if we are to believe present day politicians of all persuasions ) has become clearer, it would appear if I get it right our Core National Debt will be about 1.4 / 1.5 trillion pounds by the end of this financial year 2009 / 2010, that's about £25 000.00 worth of debt every man woman and child in this country will owe, Gordon Brown has borrowed the money but the debt is ours and we have to pay it back. The interest only payments on our Core National Debt is about 6 billion pounds a month give or take a few hundred million here or there, that's "SIX THOUSAND MILLION POUNDS A MONTH", or £1384.6153846153846153846153846154 pounds per week, or £197.8021978021978021978021978022 pounds per day, ALMOST 200 MILLION POUNDS PER DAY, and Gordon Brown keeps on recruiting spending and of course increasing TAXATION, whilst on the subject of taxation for those of you who have wondered about the push to increase the number of people who will require a CRB check, it's a Scottish Tax.
Gordon Brown's deliberate politically motivated strategy of encouraging reckless Capitalism then standing back to allow this recession happen has worked, however his copy what Allan Greenspan did after the Dot Com crisis stimulus plan has in economic recovery and debt terms totally failed. The unprecedented planned growth in the Public Sector over the past twelve years or so has also had the desired effect, "make millions of people dependant on the state", but the millions of hard working people in our much neglected over taxed Private Sector have just been left to fight it out and sink or swim.
Gordon Brown didn't fail to warn us about the impending recession or fully explain why he kept increasing taxation and employment in the Public Sector on purpose of course, I mean what kind of a conniving two faced manipulative politician would do such a thing. If Gordon Brown is elected to Govern perish the thought, our Core National Debt and the Interest only payments on this debt will continue to rise significantly unless and until a he introduces and implements phased in Public Spending reduction measures job cuts and more yes more tax rises. In fact if any of our present day politicians win the next Election Public Sector Workers will be punished for the on purpose failings of their political masters.

SLASH AND BURN
Thousands if not hundreds of thousands of Public Sector jobs will loose their jobs and neither Gordon Brown David Cameron or Nick Clegg will spell out who is going to get the sack after the Election BEFORE the Election, so much for "we do really care about people", or "we will look people in the eye" or "we have to have a grown up debate", what a shambolic state of affairs these part time money grabbing blame it on the rules politically motivated conniving self serving politicians have got us into, have I missed something out?, probably loads of things such as present day politicians couldn't organise a drinking session in a Brewery or a Pub, not that many Breweries or pubs will exist soon, thanks to all of them.

QUESTIONS

I have to wonder has and is Gordon Brown borrowing more money than we actually have needed or need and is he continuing to do so ?, is he funding current interest payments from borrowings ?, a classic when the chips are down, has he set aside borrowed money and ear marked it for aid?, and how much Public Money has he stashed in banks disguised as capital?, given the fact that Gordon Brown has sold our Gold, our millennium dome plus land, (with the help of Tony Blair and John Prescott of course we only lost about £800 million pounds on that deal) our nuclear power plants and many of our other assets over the years will he or any of the other party leaders tell us if they have identified any more asset they would like to divest us of?

MORE TAX
The increase in VAT from Jan 1st 2010 and the extra personal taxation increases that will come into effect in April 2010, please note the effects of the latter will probably be drowned by the election noise, won't help you won't help me and most certainly won't help our real economy, these increases will however undoubtedly help Gordon Brown fund the 6 billion pounds a month interest only payments on our Core National Debt.
Where ever Gordon Brown spends these extra tax revenues is probably academic because the continuing overall real decline in tax revenues verses Public Sector Spending Demands to support Public Sector Jobs imbalance that Gordon Brown ministers and Labour have created over the years will not go away, any further personal taxation increases will only serve to further weaken and damage our real economy, growth will be a wish and we will remain in negative territory apart from the Christmas blip of course, the thousands of lay offs and redundancies that are in the pipe line will kick in soon and real actual overall unemployment will continue to rise dramatically, the pressure to further increase borrowing will grow and our economy will be pushed closer and closer to a second phase double dip recession maybe even into a depression, Gordon Brown's goal of snatching extra taxation revenues from a global bank levied income stream agreement will not happen before the election if at all after, he may charge the much muted one off bank tax but he will probably need to spend it as soon as he gets it.

VOTE LABOUR
The bottom line political message from Gordon Brown will probably be simple, if you vote Labour your job will be safer than it would be if you where to vote Conservative, and he will also probably reiterate the old Labour chant, "don't trust the Tories", rich coming from him, please note I have used the word SAFER, not safe.

CAMERON'S WORLD
David Cameron is ahead in the poles but questions about his ability to run the country and his commitment to core Conservative principles and values remain unanswered, the absence of social policies that should contain built in compassion clauses recognising the plight of Public Sector workers is quite frankly a disgrace, until these and many other questions are answered the public relations / sales man like taunts are inevitable and will continue, for me David Cameron has and continues to be far too close to Gordon Brown on many of his what I call life effect tax revenue driven and control policies, "a mouth full I admit" the wilful deliberate underhand rampant but controlled growth of Social Engineering policies ( Ed Balls mentioned Social Engineering policies the other day I had to reach for a tissue) implemented by Gordon Brown and Labour over the years have totally changed our Society and our way of life without so much as a by your leave or a mandate and David Cameron has said nothing of principle against them, he has just simply stood back and agreed with the reams of propaganda and disinformation statements that have been designed to control us and push us in to corners or against the wall in order to empty our pockets of more and more tax revenues, did David Cameron also know about the impending recession and say nothing?
I find David Cameron's promise to honour Gordon Brown's aid package pledges when we clearly cannot afford them quite unbelievable and unrealistic, he also stands shoulder to shoulder with Gordon Brown with regard to Scotland, he has agreed to stand aside if the Scottish people want and vote for independence, then again I suppose he's not called Cameron for nothing, since becoming Tory leader David Cameron has consistently avoided playing the left wing Socialist taxation command and control card which would have easily created clear blue water and probably delivered a knock out punch to Gordon Brown and Labour, I do wonder does Gordon Brown have him by the ankles or is David Cameron a bad wheeler dealer and a closet Socialist?
David Cameron speaks of freedom but we are not free we are controlled, he voted for the total smoking ban which put thousands of families and drinks industry workers out of work and cost billions of pounds in lost tax revenues that would have normally gone to the ex checker, he voted for abortion on demand up to 24 weeks, how many innocent children have been aborted by this shameful despicable law, what kind of people are they ?, and yet again just like Gordon Brown David Cameron did nothing when the rules regarding mp's expenses where put before The House of Commons apart from fill in their expenses claim forms afterwards, I repeat, his continued lack of opposition to Gordon Brown's command and control measures is quite frankly mind boggling and out of kilter with an electorate who are like it or not being suppressed over taxed and controlled by Labour's new Socialist state, in late 2007 early 2008 every one was saying where is David Cameron what is he doing, he is supposed to be the leader of the Conservative Party and the main opposition leader and why did he come out of the blocks late?, David Cameron has also said he stands by a divisive policy that will undoubtedly upset many every day people, inheritance tax breaks for the wealthy, if there are ever going to be tax brakes they should be proportionate to wealth and earnings across the board, WILL THIS MAN WORK FOR US ALL? IS HE THE MAN? NO. David Cameron has made two Election strategy decisions that undoubtedly stem from his time in advertising and possibly answers the Public Relations / Salesman like questions.

SUBLIMINAL WALKIES
The first one concerns his employment of an Australian gentleman who specialises in a practise known as Dog Whistling, that's right Dog Whistling, as we all know Dogs have exceptional hearing and respond individually to high pitched sounds that we mere mortals cannot hear, we do however according to this Australian Gentleman respond individually to certain sentences or words, so if you like fishing for instance and David Cameron says the word fishing in a speech you will take note be attentive sit down and listen to the rest of his speech, I gave his live comment about too many twitters make a t-t some thought but I'm not quite sure who that remark was aimed at?, does David Cameron think voters have the IQ of Dogs or does he just want to take us all for a walkies?
£18.000 000.00 (EIGHTEEN MILLION POUNDS)
The second one is his spend spend spend plan, David Cameron has pledged to spend £18.000 000.00 on the Conservative Party's election campaign, I have to ask is he on commission?, Gordon Brown has gone out of his command and control ultra left wing way to gift David Cameron victory at the next General Election so why is David Cameron spending all this money? If he had done his job properly he wouldn't have to spend anything like that, nothing present day politicians ever do makes sense or adds up apart from their expenses forms, we have the promise of Austerity or worse and David Cameron is going to spend £18.000 000.00 on an election he should have won hands down before we have it, god knows what he will do if elected.
David Cameron needs a big vote swing to form a majority Government after The Election but along with all of the above and more he is stuck in the promise of austerity hole he has well and truly dug and again just like Gordon Brown and Nick Clegg he won't reveal his detailed spending cuts and tell public sector voters who will loose their jobs before the Election, could it be that all present day politicians believe voters have no where else to go,? They are wrong.

THE CON / DEM PLAN
David Cameron and George Osborn for the Conservatives and Nick Clegg and Vince Cable for the Liberal Democrats have said if either of them are elected to govern they will quickly reduce Government Spending and our Core National Debt at the same time, but neither of them will spell out where these large cuts will be or who will be sacked before the Election until after the Election, as previously stated the result of any dramatic quick cuts in Public Spending and our Core National Debt will without doubt cost thousands if not hundreds of thousands of Public Sector Workers their jobs and push us closer to a double dip recession, a large cut may avoid a depression but for those who are going to be made redundant it will feel like one, the current economic pain will continue to get worse and many more people and families will face even greater hardship than they do now, will you vote for Conservative or Liberal Democrat Austerity and Redundancy?

THE CYNICAL AGE
I like so many people have become very cynical about present day Politicians and I have to say they have brought it on themselves, for some time now their words more often than not fall on deaf ears, all the reality avoidance tactics in the world will not restore public confidence in them because people are fed up of being lied to and put in the promised land.
The money thrown at politically motivated pet projects false economy job creation schemes and wheel in experts to support Gordon Brown and Labour is pure profligacy because very few people believe any of them anymore.

CAN THEY BE TRUSTED?
Present day politicians like to keep secrets not just top secrets which is ok but secrets about how they operate between one another and what strategies they actually agree on between themselves, will they tell us, no.
I make no apology for my forthright views about Gordon Brown, I truly believe he is a Dictator and a manipulative Traitor who has been and is being aided by many senior Labour politicians and others because of their combined quest for a Total Socialist Tax Spend and Control State. I have thought long and hard about my next question and for all sorts of reasons I have to ask it, would conniving and control orientated politicians ever consider interfering in our Democratic voting process to retain power?
ARE OUR BALLOT BOXES GOING TO BE SAFE?

NEW GOVERNMENT / NEW BRIEF
If we have a free and fair Election and many Independent Candidates win the day all New Government Ministers should have an extensive detailed dynamic pro active brief that mirrors the New Governments Philosophical mantra " people first " and begins to fulfil Election pledges from day one, now more than ever people want to know how we are governed and what is being done in our name.

AUDIT
All Government Departments and subsidiary entities should undergo a thorough audit to discover what their individual bottom line actual payroll and overhead funding requirements are, we have been here before and some Government Departments will have to merge to create economies of scale. Public Sector Workers jobs should be protected, they didn't ask to be used as Gordon Brown's political pawns.
If we are to have any chance at all of bringing our Nations finances back towards any semblance of manageability and save Public Sector jobs all Government spending will have to be slowly reined in and controlled even if it means a move towards implementing some form of local in house micro management systems throughout Government, its not rocket science and it will save jobs.

PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYEES
I repeat, "Public Sector Employees should not be punished for the failings of their political masters".
Any changes in Public Sector Employees employment terms and conditions that will be required to cut Public Spending should be openly discussed with all Public Sector Employees their respective Union Representatives and Management before any changes are made, even though our country's back is against the economic wall understanding Public Sector Employees individual financial situations and the cooperation of the Unions are key to saving tax payers money and reducing the Public Sector Borrowing Requirement without loosing jobs wholesale, can we all work together for each other for once or not?, or are we going to go back to the bad old days of strikes and Public Disorder that will do no one any good.

SAVE JOBS
In the context of big Government the following may seem a bit small fry and possibly naive but the private sector has had to do it, the numbers are just bigger.
My straight forward question to all Public Sector Employees and Unions alike would be:
What would you and your members prefer, would you prefer a situation where government spending plans would support the move to part time jobs, shared jobs, flexible working jobs and the creation of guaranteed jobs through retraining opportunities for all current Public Sector Employees without any pay rises for at least three years or would you prefer what the Conservatives propose, the privatisation of all public services, or a fast track public spending cut and an equally fast track debt reduction plan that will inevitably lead to thousands if not hundreds of thousands of you and your members having no jobs at all, or will you vote Labour and believe in Gordon Brown the Architect of our economic misery, the man who has created this mess, will Gordon Brown stand up and tell the country who will lose their jobs and what his Economic Recovery Plan B or C or D is, and will he also please tell us what his political vision is or is he frightened to tell us?, come on Gordon stop the pretence and the bullying, cut to the chase tell us, reveal your political self.

THE BEST LAID PLANS
The disastrous on purpose economic house of Public Spending cards and control measures that Gordon Brown and Labour have constructed over the years should not be torn down quickly, it will take a great deal of activity effort and well placed TLC across the board from Government Unions Public Sector Employees and all Government Departments alike to gradually remodel Government spending and reshape our economy to a point where we will eventually leave this recession and see any lasting signs of green shoots that at the moment do not exist, Gordon Brown pressed the self destruct button long ago and he should be removed from office at the General Election, this is not a time for politicians to be flying by the seat of their pants or tilting the scales one way then the other because if they do they will destroy what's left of our very fragile real economy and push us over the abyss, steady as we go together is the correct normal way forward because if we don't we will end up in an even bigger mess, take a good look at Greece if the Euro virus spreads and we do nothing to help ourselves our depression fate will be sealed.

THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE
The demands placed on National Health Service Clinicians Doctors Nurses and all front line staff are at times enormous and those demands will grow, these people are quite literally life prolongers and life savers, health is everything, not money, I believe we are all proud of our National Health Service but unfortunately along with everything else the cost of our Health Service has to be checked and counted, I sometimes wish we could get The Health Service to tick like a Swiss watch then export the expertise, I don't know how much it costs to deliver say twenty pounds (£20.00) worth of front line service but you can bet it's probably a small fortune, NHS Management and Support Service staff are equally as crucial but along with all other Government Departments the NHS should have an up to date audit and a realistic practical plan for the future. GROWTH WILL BE A BONUS.
A low to medium growth lower tax economy and a secure free way of life that has a positive future is there for the taking if we all vote for it and work for it yes work for it together.

LOWER TAXATION
As previously stated I believe we should plan to take small steps and move slowly towards a low tax economy (once this mess is on the way to being sorted out) that is fair in proportion to earnings for every one, I stress the words fair in proportion to earnings.
If you are on benefits some one has to go out to work in order to pay for those benefits, when some one comes off benefits and goes to work the tax they then pay goes to pay someone else's benefits and so on, that's how the benefits money go round works, or should work.
If someone is on the minimum wage and doesn't earn a lot of money they shouldn't pay a lot of income tax, when someone increase their earnings its reasonable to expect them to pay more in tax but no one should be punished for developing their skills and bettering themselves or working hard to earn more money.
if anyone has the good fortune or the ability to be able to increase their earnings potential they should not have to pay 50% or more of those earnings in tax?, punishing and taxing people who gain money through good fortune or ability simply kills the geese that lay golden eggs and is pure old hat left wing economically destructive Socialism.

POVERTY
lifting people out of poverty is crucial commendable and necessary for all sorts of reasons but unless you create a vibrant and stable real economy the people you lift out of poverty will have no where to go, they will simply stay in a tax payer funded Government distributed benefit trap.

BANKS AND SOCIALISM
The proposed 50% tax on income over £150 000 won't only effect bankers, talented hard working people from all walks of life will be unfairly punished and some house hold names will be driven out of our country by this stupid excessive unnecessary high level of taxation, expecting people to pay tax at 50p in the pound is draconian totally out of touch with reality in the 21st century belongs in the dark ages and bears no resemblance to what really happened with regard to the catastrophic banking sector collapse, bankers can be their own worst enemies and are never the flavour of any month or year but it has to be said that Gordon Brown Senior Ministers and Labour took advantage of the 2008 recession when it finally happened, I say finally because it took a lot of no more boom and bust speeches to get there, yes Gordon Brown and Labour led the banks down the no more boom and bust path by deregulation and applause for a control and taxation kill, then simply blamed the banks for collapsing and almost dying, RBS was the prize, and the people who lost their homes their savings and their businesses were just politically motivated collateral damage.
The notion that Social Engineering Control Tax Debt and Squander Policies will create a Socialist Valhalla is pure fantasy belongs in dream land and is wholly impractical, Gordon Brown has proved that Socialism alone doesn't work and it will never work, all that happens is politicians get richer and our country and we get poorer.
Old Labour never worked and to cap it all Old Labour disguised as New Labour hasn't worked either, people will vote for freedom and low taxation every time, do any of these present day politicians give a damn about us? No, we are just political fodder.

MAKE IT SIMPLE
Make taxation simple to understand and levied proportionate to earnings, if we do taxation collection will be inexpensive to operate and relatively small in proportion to revenues.
I have to ask if elected what is David Cameron or Nick Clegg going to do about taxation?, NOTHING, they will just keep what Gordon Brown has done and probably keep increasing personal taxation.

THE POLITICAL JIGSAW
Its about time we the Electorate the most important part of our democratic political jigsaw all realised which way is up in this upside down run country, I say get rid of ALL PRESENT DAY POLITICIANS and burst the Westminster bubble, punish those who have used their position to commit Economic Genocide and Public Money fraud, release the brains and talent we have in this country and start afresh.

COUNCILS
I believe future local growth and prosperity will be helped if we slowly remodel and down size local and County Councils without hurting essential services in order to save people money from the bottom up, Councils currently have over £20 billion pounds in the bank, WHY, these people are supposed to be Public Servants not money gatherers.

GROWTH
Many negative anti growth decisions have been made by Gordon Brown and Labour, not on purpose of course, Government should lead the way to growth but Government should not be the only driving force or funder of growth potential projects, a review of all possible projects for growth and inward investment finance packages should be undertaken, tagged green, and the best acted on as soon as possible after the election. If you have managed to read it all congratulations I hope you understand it, I feel better now.
Ps, go to bite the bullet and read my stand alone taxation suggestions, they will probably make your hair stand on end but if implemented they will realistically provide a pathway to significantly reducing our Core National Debt without harming our real economy and our economic recovery.
